I know, I know.
I’m way behind. And I’ll make it up to y’all, I swear. But real life has been a serious pain in the ass these last few weeks. I’ll spend a few weeks posting like a bastard, and then settle into a schedule that I haven’t yet decided.
Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.
Thanks to the miracle of RSS feeds (and in my case, Google Reader) you have very little to apologize for. When life allows you time for blogging, (at least some of) your readers will be here.

You better apologize! If this goes on much longer, I might be tempted to read the source material. Then we’ll both be sorry!

Oh yes. Herculean indeed. And unlike with EoA I’m not sure it’s much fun to imagine what the characters look like. Wasn’t there a low-budget movie made of Atlas Shrugged?

“Post-production.” Which means we can’t even have the mercy of it being in production limbo for years and years.
TurboAdonai hates us. This is his revenge for Clark’s Left Behind commentaries and our mocking of the RTCs and all these horrible, horrible pieces of Objectivist wankery and HeadTrip!John of Patmos fanfic.

They’re making a movie out of Atlas Shrugged?
The speeches alone would make it 8 hours long!

“Atlas Monologued.”
Which I suppose is better than ‘Atlas Blogged.’ ^_^

I just read in Liberty magazine* that this movie was rushed, and is almost certainly an effort to maintain the rights to the story instead of trying to do it well.
*It hurts to read anymore. 😦
